I didn't deliberately ignore your post, it's just very hard to answer. Peoples sat levels and their O2 requirements are highly individual. You need whatever it takes for your sats to remain in the 90's, for me, that's 1L at rest and anything up to 6L when doing anything. For others it's a higher level at rest, but they don't necessarily need to crank it up so high on exersion.

I'm going to repeat the mantra of get yourself an oxymeter, then you can assertain your own needs for yourself.
