copyrighted is not what this list is here for. I realize the chapters Patty

submitted from the book contain helpful information.

Please, from this point on, communicate with Patty privately if you wish to

pursue getting this material. Better yet, as one person asked, obtain the

information about the book, and get it from Amazon where Patty got it.
