Peaceful. 1. How does deprivation work in your life, and what foods have you restricted? 2. Are you guilty of " Last supper eating " ? How much have you done this? 3. Look at the subtle forms of rebound eating and share some experiences with each kind: Do you struggle in the midst of food competition? Returning Home Syndrome? The Empty Cupboard? Captivity Behavior? Depression-Era Eating? Once in a Lifetime? One Last Shot? 4. How does your personal " seesaw " work, guilt vs. deprivation on pp. 84-86? Can you give an example in your life experience? 5. What fears are holding you back from unconditional food approval? See. pp. 88-91. 6.
