Guest guest
Hello, Harry and all, I have been looking for a possible substitute for my Metformin since reading Dr. n Whitaker's material against it. I am seriously considering this GLUCOCOMPLETE, first as an additive to my medication, then later as a possible substitute. I was in the United Kingdom recently and searched rather seriously but in vain for something like this. I, for one, am very grateful that Harry has brought this product to our attention. If anyone knows of similar products, please let me know, even off list. This email group has a " reply to sender " option whicfh will course the message only to my email address. In case we wonder about the quack factor here, I often recall that doctor, who had been a veterinarian first, who did the " Dead Doctors Don't Lie " materials. In the 1990s he was thought of as a quack for his insistence on the importance of minerals, but this idea is now even accepted by the generality of medical practitioners. Guest guest
Dan is right. You can purchase each ingredient found in GlucoComplete. I looked up each ingredient on the internet and there they were. Each ingredient can be purchased with a shipping and handling charge for each. On my bottle of GlucoComplete From my memoryI found the following ingredients:Each follows a comment by me. The ingredients are listed from my memory, not the most reliable, and each ingredient is followed by a comment by me. cromium 200 MCG, comment, I have used this singly in the past with no apparent effect on my glr. cinemon typeA polinol500mg,comment I have used a spice called cinemon 500mg in the past with no effect on my glr, however it was noted as type A polinol extract on the bottle, and I don't know if this is the same as cinemon spice one can purchase in a capsule. benfotiamine 400 mg, comment As far as I know I have never taken this product in the past even singly or in combination with others. If you take each product listed above either in combination with others or singly, please let us know. Harry Time is natures way of preventing all things from happening at once. GlucoComplete The contents of this product contain 3 ngredients widely and easily found on the net. I think doing much better then $50 per month by getting them yourself would be a fairly easy process. The marketing copy on the product page is bothering. It tells you to avoid all those admonitions from others about eating right and exercise, just pop this tab and shut them up. All 3, or versions of same, have mixed results when tested. If one is not overweight I suspect there is little if any result. All 3 are said to address insulin resistance. Weight loss especially and eating right and exercise does the trick and has its own benefits to boot health wise and quality of life wise. Metformin which is now dirt cheap does this and more. In fact I get metformin for free from a local grocery pharmacy. XB IC|XC
Guest guest
It would be interesting to discover whether or not GlucoComplete and Metformin can do the same thing. I have never taken Metformin, so I can't say anything about its effect on my body. Those who have taken it, please comment. Harry Time prevents all things from happening at once. Guest guest
I've been taking Metformin for several years now. I started off with 1000MG daily but due to high a1c readings due to weight gain, the dose was brought up to 2000mg. The increased dosage has definitely brought down my a1c, but the transition to 2000mg was really hard on my stomach. It took me over 2 months to get mostly past the stomach issues but it isn't bad now at all. The first 2 months were filled with stomach cramps and diarrhea. I'm past it now thankfully.
