Hi

I just got a call from my brother he just had an agrument with our NADA...well

more like a huge blowout:/ My mothers boyfriend just came here from Florida so

she will not be " addonded by her children " . My Brothers leagaly lives in the

home with my mother thou physically he spends 99.9% of the time at his

Girlfriends appartment. Anyway he had an argument with my mother and her

boyfiend started yelling at my brother calling him a looser and that he was

taking my fathers place and everything my mom has is his now. My mother kept

lieing thru the who time and siding with her boyfriend. This man told my

brother he is not allowed to enter the home again! So my brother called the

cops on his ride home and aid I have to go there tomorrow and get more

stuff...what if there is a confrintation with the is man...mind you this guy is

79 years old. The cops said who ever doesn't reside in the house will be

arrested....More dramma thanks to Mamma. Will this ever end???

My question is: Is there any way I can protect the home and possesions that my

father worked so hard for...I have already put them in a trust with me as the

trustee. He can't tuch it and she can't change it can she? Is there any way I

can leagally get more cotrol of her...I don't know if I'm asking this correctly

but the therepist that treated her " fake suicide attempt " recently told me I

may want to get some cort of CCSomething on her so that I have more control over

her. becouse she said as she gets older you are going to have a more difficult

time with her..she is functioning ..she pays her bills cleans her house..goes to

her Medical dr. appointment. so it's not like she is incompetent..yet she is

insane!!..but I can't prove it mecically becouse she will never see a

psycatrist.

My heart is pounding it feels like there is never any relief:(

I'll sit back and wait for your pearls of wisdom..because I have no idea what to

do.
