Cutting down on carbs could help. Is this BG a fasting BG or after a meal?

What kind of meds are you taking?

hello all i have returned james in denver. have a couple of questions. when

do most of you take your meds before your first meal right after. i am

finding my sugar is between 140 and 18 any hints on how to drop it thanks.

Do you do a BG before going to bed. If that too is higher than it should

be, that is why your fasting BG are high. If this is persistent, you need

to tell your doc as either you need to cut down on carbs, exercise more or

your medication needs to be changed.
