Guest guest
I have a question. I was told that a person with diabetes needed to eat a small amount of starch. 4 oz of rice, potatoes and the like, and that brown rice was better for you. I was lead to beleive the starch would open up the cells in the body to accept the insullin better. Betty Emmons My lunch this day was. I had a 6 ounce rib-eye steak grilled, one cup of broccoli, zucchini and okra all steamed and quarter cup of jalapenos. nothing to drink and I got my carbs at 30 total.
