Guest guest
I love peanut butter too but I don't feel guilty about eating it. If I do eat too much I get reflux and pain from gall bladder(removed) so digestion of fat can be difficult. I also consider peanut butter's healthy aspect. I have started to get the whipped kind as it spreads so easily, nothing to do with diet or calories, etc. I just love the fact that it spreads like a dream. Even my 5 year old grandson can spread it on his bread for a sandwich. Sandy I made love to peanut butter two nights in a row... I wish I knew why after having normal eating for a LONG LONG time, I engaged in small PB binges two nights in a rwo... oh well..maybe time to think about it over the weekend I hate it when I do that after YEARS of recovery A

Guest guest
Don't get mer wrong.it is not that i think PB is a no food.I know it is healthy. But it is not healthy when you sit on the couch with the jar in your hands and a spoon and you try to empty the jar. That is the alarming part I would say that in 2 nights, I had 3 quarters way too much of a bingeing behavior > > > >I made love to peanut butter two nights in a row... > > > >I wish I knew why after having normal eating for a LONG LONG time, I engaged in > >small PB binges two nights in a rwo... > >oh well..maybe time to think about it over the weekend > >I hate it when I do that after YEARS of recovery > >A > > > > >
Guest guest
Pan makes it. I haven't seen any other brand but it says whipped creamy right on the front label. Whipped Peanut Butter?
