Guest guest
Dave, did I miss something? What's with the milk, my milk, my good food that gives me calcium and so many other things??? Guest guest
Milk can be used to raise low blood sugar in place of juice. I read this somewhere a long time ago. Hopefully someone will look this up and either collaborate this or prove me to be a great big liar! lol Dave " ...In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world. Guest guest
Yes, milk is very high in carbs. Drinking low fat milk reduces some calories, but not carbs. Many doctors prescribe milk for low blood sugars. Re: Question for type 2's Regular milk is almost as bad as soda. And believe it or not, I believe chocolate milk is a little better than white milk. It sounds like you're making some adjustments though. It takes time. But the key is to be moving in the right direction, even if slowly. Dave " ...In this world you will have trouble. But take heart!
