You can. But you don't have to. You can just use probiotics or nothing at all. Your choice.-TammyTo: mb12 valtrex Sent: Tue, February 8, 2011 11:54:02 PMSubject: Re: Re : Re: Coconut

Thanks everyone for your wonderful feedback, it helps me so much(:Sandy-I think my son has better attention, eyecontact, and his stimming is way down. We take other biomedical/antifungals etc, but this seems to be really adding a much needed increase in beneficial bacteria. He seems less foggy. Also he is pooping daily, and it is more formed. It tastes pretty good, from what I understand most kefir are difficult to drink- very sour.Hope this helps!Judy> >> > Hi! I have looked through some old posts, and did not really see an answer to my specific question- and then the server stalled. Anyway, does anyone make their own coconut kefir? I mean using the green coconuts, getting out the water and buying a starter, then fermenting it, etc.? I saw how to do it on the body Ecology diet- lengthy but possible. I have since bought a wonderful GFCFSF everything free! premade coconut kefir through a different company, but had to pay $$$ to have it overnited. It is fantastic, and for those in the midwest the shipping is reasonable, it is called Cocokefir. Developed by parents of an autistic girl, and although this is a fantastic product it is expensive for me in VA, and wanted to try and make my own. Anyone tried to make their own Coconut Kefir? I wanted help with a Gluten, Casein, Soy free version. Thanks so much(:> > Love, > > Judy> >>
