Guest guest
Seizure activity may be causing the incontinence. I have heard that some children will urinate or defecate when they have a seizure. My ASD son is having accidents every second day now. He has been toilet trained since 3yo. Now he won't initiate when he has to o just does it in his pants. We are seeing many doctors and have done tests bc he is having other issues as well. Gall stones, urine retention and possible seizure activity.Any insight is greatly appreciated....

Guest guest
For us - B12 was huge. He fully potty trained when we got it right (finally!) During that time we also were doing zinc, multi-vit, and separately b6, folinic acid, and biotin. When we let the multi go, we still were good in terms of 'incontinence' -- but when i stopped with the zinc, he started bed wetting at night. And when he got an 'infraction' -- he would wet himself all day. We do B12,B6,folate, and biotin (pill form), along with Zinc (separately), calcium (separately) and mag (separately) -- and this stopped all the accidents we were having. I also do B12 drops (under his tongue) at night. I hope this helps. laura > > My ASD son is having accidents every second day now. He has been toilet trained since 3yo.
