Guest guest
Our kids guts are not functioning properly due to immune system dysfunction. Healthy people who have a herpes outbreak like shingles and take valtrex due not get a yeast flare up. Most of the ASD kids do get a yeast flare up and need valtrex. My son was one of the first kids to try valtrex before the ASD population knew to use diflucan and it was horrible. He completely fell apart and was aggresive. The next time we tried it w/ valtrex things went much better. Even w/ the diflucan expect some die off and rashes the first 5o days or so. You can read more about valtrex by reading Stan Kurtzs paper on valtrex/autism Subject: Herpes outbreaks vs Autism & Die OffTo: mb12 valtrex Date: Monday, February 14, 2011, 2:18 PM My son has done a few rounds of chelation (suppositories) and we're thinking of trying Valtrex this summer. My question is - Valtrex is prescribed for people with herpes to take daily to avoid outbreaks and they don't suffer die off or need to take Diflucan or other in conjunction... Why do our kids? Thanks for your answers!Ellie
Guest guest
Many of them actually do and just don't realize it. It gets written off a being too tired, coming down with something, getting old or any of the millions of other reasons many people think it's okay to be a bit foggy. These symptoms aren't things people generally attribute to being "treatable." In our kids, the symptoms show up much more noticeable because they are kids - adults not so much. When you don't think clearly, you just think your getting old. When you start forgetting more - you just shrug it off. When you can't focus - you see a shrink and get ritalin. Fungal infections just aren't thought about in anything outside of alternative medicine.Antivirals cause yeast because they switch the immune system from TH1 to TH2.
