Guest guest
, It's good to see you posting. Yes to all your questions!! I don't remember what dosage of Prednisone you are taking, but it can make you feel worse!!! To help you sort this all out...go to the links at the bottom of the posts and click on data bases. Many of us have listedf the side effects of Prednisone we've experienced and you'll probably find similar effects. Honestly, two weeks isn't enough time for anything! Give it time, but call your Doc if you really feel worse than you feltwhen you saw her today. Z fibriotic NSIP/05 Z 64, fibriotic NSIP/o5/PA And “mild” PH/10/07 and Reynaud’s too!! No, NSIP was not self-inflicted…I never smoked! I saw my lung doctor today for my two-week follow up appointment. I had a CT Scan before hand. She told me she wants me to continue the prednisone treatments because it has only been two weeks. The scans have shown a little improvement & my right lung sounds a little better too. So she said the prednisone treatments look promising. Thing is, I don't feel any better. I feel worse. I don't understand if I am improving then how come I don't feel it. I had a huge cough fit in the car on the way home from the hospital it was horriable. I ended up falling asleep when I got home after I got cooled down from sweating a ton. I see her in 4 to 5 weeks with breathing tests scheduled too. Take care. /23/Ohio ~ Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma 12/2005 ~ Autologus Transplant 09/2006 ~ Pulmonary Fibrosis due to Chemotherapy 06/2008 ~ No virus found in this incoming message. Guest guest
I take 40 mg a day of the prednisone. I might be catching a cold or a small flu bug so I am going to try and get in with my primary care doctor. I've felt really blah. /23/Ohio ~ Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma 12/2005 ~ Autologus Transplant 09/2006 ~ Pulmonary Fibrosis due to Chemotherapy 06/2008 ~ > > > *Hey everybody; hope all is well.* > > > > *I saw my lung doctor today for my two-week follow up appointment. Guest guest
Kim... I'm sorry to hear you are not feeling well right now and in fact, feeling worse. I wish I had something I could say that would help you. It's a good thing tho' that your scans are some better and your lung as well. Let's hope when you go back again it will show even more improvement. God Bless You. MamaSher, age 69. IPF 3-06, OR. NasturtiumsDon't fret about tomorrow, God is already there!
