When I saw the words, " Intuitive Eating, " I thought, wow, that looks like something I can relate to. Or, rather, would like to relate to. Like many, I'm an emotional eater, and my favorite food is...yes...sweets. Since I am fairly active in my life, I don't gain tons and tons of weight, but my sugar cravings are off the richter scale during hard times (which are frequent), and do affect my overall health. I still believe they are a huge player in my depression and mood issued. I would like to find ways to trust my physical (as opposed to emotional) body when it comes to nourishing myself.
