na - a PS thought came to me about trust. Part of IE for me has been to recognize that either I will trust my body (and myself) or I will always be EXternally instead of INternally driven. Perhaps eating at a buffet is a trust test? I say you CAN eat there and come away satisfied and proud too. All best wishes to you -KatchaIEing since March 2007>> so I am in a hotel from 3/ 4 days and i know myself. If I eat at the buffet, it is so triggering.> I might be able to control the need to try everything at that right time when I am serving food on a plate but at some point during the day, I would go insane.> So what am I doing to stay calm and eat just what I need to

satisfy hunger levels?> I order breakfast as room service.> Yes, you end up paying way much more but it is a health reason...> It works.I only eat the healthy choices I made each morning.> lunch or dinner is different as I can get out but I found that arrangment workable to avoid overeating or binges from early in the am> > why is our issue so expensive?> > A>
