Good point and I had a good laugh.  If any of you have ever heard Bill Cosby's skit about the chocolate cake for breakfast, it is hysterical although I never realizes until now how true it is.  At his wife's insistence he has to get up and get the kids breakfast and it is very early in the morning and he doesn't want to do it.  The youngest child manages to see the chocolate cake on the counter, so when dad asks what she wants for breakfast she says chocolate cake. He decides that it is ok because the cake has eggs and milk and is after all healthy.  Now we know even chocolate is too. It's not funny telling it like this but the routine is wonderful. So yu can have yur cake and eat it too.  And life's short, eat dessert first.  I have done that sometimes and it is simply wonderful. Then I don't have the craving for it and I eat better overall. Go figure(pun intended). Laugh and enjoy life we only go around once and this is it. All we have is the present moment. That's why they call it the present. It is a gift.

Birthday cake is probably healthier than a pop tart, especially if homemade with butter instead of transfat

Enjoy!
