Guest guest
I found myself wandering to the fridge tonight (then stopping myself after taking a look inside). Realized I'm missing my recent ex. And it's okay to just feel a bit...LONELY. :>denise Maybe you're supposed to be hungry and you need to eat a little more because you've expended a lot of energy! Kind of a scary idea, but I think most of us are so focused on how to eat less than we used to, that we don't think about the fact that sometimes we might actually *need* to eat a little more! Just a thought. Josie > > Hi, good idea, I need to take a goody bag to the gym with me because sometimes I am just not hungry in the morning before I leave but then after I'm done at 11:00 I'm starving. I've noticed that generally on the days when I'm not hungry in the morning, then after doing the gym routine I seem to be hungry all day long. Any suggestions as to how to get around this? > > mj >
Guest guest
Hi , Good for you for being so mindful and aware! It is totally OK to feel lonely... I've been feeling lonely too. Its Saturday night and frankly, I have no where to go or anyone to be with. I figured that either I can sit and feel lonely, or I can enjoy being alone and having time to myself. I decided on the latter and I'm having an evening full of pampering... I have the music blasting, doing my nails and have my facial mask on, my favorite tea brewing and just giving my self some well-deserved R & R. I'll probably head to bed by 10 and wake up refreshed and ready to enjoy my Sunday... Its hard for me to do, but I find that when I let go of the past, stop worrying about the future, and accept what IS, I can live in the present and am much happier! I know its easier said than done (definitely been there!) but try to be present, happy and enjoy being on your own girl!
