Hello CarolynI have. In my opinion it is the best book on the subject without going into the mindful aspects. I would recommend it & give it to clients. When I started with my own IE journey I did not have the courage to buy it for a few years. I am glad that I did, it has resolved my eating disorder. Buy it, read it, digest it, be patient & use it as your bible!Pam

Hi Pam,

Thanks so much for your note! I so appreciate it and the pointers you have

given me also.

I am in the midst of heavy study at the moment, but, when I can 'come up for

air' I will look up the books that you have suggested.

Kind regards,

Carolyn
