Guest guest
I recall this annoying problem. As I've mentioned, I use the Solo V2 now, so the time loss issue with the PV slipped my mind. You would think obtaining an accurate time chip for the meter would be pretty easy and not a price buster. Dave " ...In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world. " [ 16:33] Question regarding prodigy voice glucometers Hi, has anyone else using the Prodigy voice noticed that it falls behind regarding time (meaning the internal clock is slow)? It doesn't take long for the clock to sfall about 15 minutes behind the time on every other clock I have in the house. Wonder why that is. Makes recording BGLs accurately a joke. Guest guest
Yes, my Prodigy Voice has always done this. Isn't it strange that so many inexpensive devices can keep time but the prodigy just can't manage it. Guest guest
My Prodigy has always done that. I just reset the time. But the Prodigy moved itself ahead one day. I just waited and 2 days later, it moved itself back to the correct date! _____ From: blind-diabetics [mailto:blind-diabetics ] On Behalf Of Sent: Thursday, October 13, 2011 10:58 PM To: blind-diabetics Subject: Question regarding prodigy voice glucometers Hi, has anyone else using the Prodigy voice noticed that it falls behind regarding time (meaning the internal clock is slow)? Guest guest
My clock radio runs fast, and with the Prodigy Voice running slow, when I'd check the time on the Prodigy at bedtime, or maybe in the middle of the night, and then compare it to my clock radio, I'd pick a number between and be pretty close!
