Guest guest Posted July 16, 2010 Report Share Posted July 16, 2010 I have read all of Geneen's books and just recently read " Women Food and God " and loved it. I was inspired to reread " Why Weight " again and start doing some of the exercises and follow the guidelines. I started with 2 the first week and will continue those along with 2 more the 2nd week and so on. Is anyone else in the midst of following the guidelines?
