Guest guest Posted July 15, 2008 Report Share Posted July 15, 2008 I talked with Steve this morning. He has a bad case of bronchitis which he doesn't need. Drs find cancer spread throughout most of Vicky's body. She is heavily medicated of course and currently Steve can't see her because of the bronchitis. Steve adds Vicky's sister will be moving in after awhile to help him. He thought he could do it all but of course he is just not able. We talked a bit about Vicky being too ill to ever be able to be Steve's caregiver again and he faces that. He says he never thought he would be in this position with a sis-in-law caring for him. I gave him love from the board and he is much appreciative for the thoughts. He just doesn't want to face posting a lot of people so gave me the go ahead to do it for him. MamaSher, age 69.
