Guest guest Posted July 20, 2010 Report Share Posted July 20, 2010 I know everyone has a time of the day that can be especially difficult. I feel as though IE is easier in the morning and at lunch. It's dinner time that is VERY hard for me. Cooking and eating are two great pleasures in my life, and they are my reward after a long hard workday. This is the time of day when I have the hardest time limiting my portions and stopping when I " m full. Even though I'm approaching the meal hungry (most of the time anyway), I have a very hard time being mindful. I could eat from the minute I get home until the minute I go to bed every night! Anyone have any suggestions on what to do at this time? Or at YOUR own particularly difficult time of the day? Thanks for your input!
