Sometimes a low end RBC and elevated MCV can be B-12 deficiency. I would ask

your doctor though.

We are taking B complex vitamin with B12, but we started it months ago and were

on it when these labs were drawn. Recently, we did add hydoxocobalamin nasal

spray, since we did not do well on methylcobalamin, should this help w/b12? I

will also ask my DAN too. THanks for looking at these-
