I'm watching my drive to overeat this weekend, feeling tired and thoughtful about so many things. I'm so tired of fighting the urge to overeat all the time. It makes me feel even more exhausted after a busy week. I'm also tired of dreading potentially overeating triggering situations (there will be a few within the next two weeks). Yes, this was mainly just a rant, I admit it. At the moment it feels like I should get back to square one and focus on hunger and fullness as I get more and more often confused if I'm now eating because of emotional issues or just because I didn't eat enough during the day.
