Guest guest Posted December 6, 2010 Report Share Posted December 6, 2010 HI It has been 2 months since I've weighed myself & I am really getting the urge to set up the wii (because I threw out the scale) & weigh myself. lately my clothes have been feeling tighter than they were & I know it is because I haven't been following the guidelines as much as I used to. I'm mad because this is getting really hard to stick to. I'm exercising regularly & I'm eating what I want but I'm not listening to my body enough for the hunger cues & the fullness signals.
