Hi Martha,

Thanks for your reply. Maybe I was not that clear:) I meant in the moment that

you are hungry, if you are trying to eat what your body wants, how do you figure

out what that is? How do you know what your body needs/wants so you can develop

that trust and follow your instincts? Does that make sense?
