I love how you write that you are 90% vegetarian - I love how this does away

with black or white thinking. One doesn't need to be 100% one way or the other.

I realize as I read your post that I go through phases where I tend to be more

vegetarian. I am a meat eater, but there are definate times when I eat a

vegetarian meal or more vegetarian. Last night I made a soup that had onions,

carrots, celery and zucchini and apples plus chicken and chicken broth and the

spices are curry and thyme. I would've never thought of those spices but mixed

with the sweetness of the apples - It was really quite tasty and satisfying. I

love trying new recipes.
