Hello Everyone,

I am new here...I actually joined over a year ago but haven't posted in a long

time. I have a serious problem. I binge eat like crazy and I am incredibly

sensitive. I eat to numb the sensitivity and I don't know how to stop. One

things I do know is that dieting and weight obsession are not the answer. I had

a problem with anorexia years ago and I never want to experience that hellhole

again. I would love to begin intuitive eating. I don't know how to cope with

anything without food and it messes up my natural hunger and satiety cues so

much. I really, really, really need help.
