Guest guest
Jeanne, one of the things I like best about IE is that there isn't any 'start' or 'end' - you just practice what you can when you are able. What works for me when I get into an 'overwhelmed' mode is to chose just ONE thing to do - mindful eating, appreciating my body, confronting diet demons etc. and focus on that aspect for a while. As I get comfortable with that, I move onto another - baby stepping my way back onto the IE super highway. The hardest thing about IE can be to just relax and not feel like you need to do everything all at once. IE is a life companion not an adversary. Best to you, Katcha IEing since March 2007 > > Hi everyone! > > I've been out of the IE loop for awhile fighting another demon, but have been reading your posts. At some point in my IE journey, I've taken a wrong turn and need some help/advice on getting back on the right road. Any suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated and very welcome! Thanks! > > Jeanne >
Guest guest
Thanks, Katcha, I appreciate your feedback! Been so darn bent out of shape that I thought of going back to WW, even though I know it would be an expensive mistake. Guess what I need to do is get out my book and reconnect step by step. Thanks!Jeanne
