I didn't know the food, never had it before (and will never have it again, lol). I noticed that it didn't taste that good after the first two bites. I ate it up anyway. I wonder why. Then I noticed that I wanted to experiment with the feeling of having eaten calories without them being " delicious " . I started beating myself up that I " wasted calories " on something I didn't really wanted to eat. It shows me that " calorie thinking " is still way too ingrained in my head and that food is so much more than fuel for me. Now wish me luck that I can stop the beating up.
