Guest guest
Can someone give me a brief explanation of the Vitamin A protocol? Or links to info? I'm new to this and new to the group. Many Thanks,SylviaWe tried the Vitamin A protocol last weekend and I just wanted to report that we're seeing some nice gains. In addition to ASD, my son, who just turned 3, has speech delays, apraxia, and articulation issues, and more. We never gave him the MMR b/c I stopped all vaccinations after he regressed at 6 months old so I wasn't sure what to expect w/ the Vitamin A protocol. However, eye contact seems to have improved and he's been much more conversational and engaged. For example, last night he asked his father to put on a green t-shirt and my husband responded that he did not like the color of the shirt. My son responded, "I LIKE that shirt!....You look handsome! You look like BROCCOLI!!!" It was awesome! :)Many thanks to those who posted about the protocol.....would never have tried it if it weren't for this group. Guest guest
I sent this reply earlier with the info so, I cut and pasted it below for you. I know I often miss posts w/ all the emails we get... I dosed the Vitamin A as recommended on the Autismpedia page (link below). My son is 36 pounds, so we gave him approximately 133,000 IU's, 3 times a day for 2 days. These pages below were helpful in addition to the recent posts on this group regarding the Vitamin A protocol. I would recommend searching the archives for more information. Hope this helps. http://www.autismpedia.org/wiki/index.php?title=Protocols/Vitamin_A_Measles http://www.danasview.net/vitamina.htm Sylvia Fogel wrote: Can someone give me a brief explanation of the Vitamin A protocol?
