Guest guest
When I first started IE (and I'm a relative newcomer, so it's still quite a struggle sometimes), I tried to jump in with both feet until I realized that it was just too overwhelming. Now I'm trying to just work on little things at a time, so I feel like I'm getting a better grasp of it. I figure it took me years to learn my compulsive eating habits, so I can't expect an immediate turnaround. Sohni Hi, Sohni, Thanks for sharing your thoughts and perspective! It really helped me to hear your process with certain foods as well as your idea about this being the "final frontier." I feel a lot more hopeful right now, making my way back to "center" so to speak. Thanks for taking the time to share. I, too, hope some others also will share their perspective. > > > > First, I want to thank everyone for all the wonderful postings on > > here.
