Guest guest Posted October 10, 2010 Report Share Posted October 10, 2010 Nastia,This hollow feeling you describe sounds familiar to me!I've experienced it in 2 different cases:1) I am so used to eating to the point of being over-stuffed that stopping at a "normal" point felt weird at first.2) I've filled up on vegetables before (not a weird diet trick, just eating a large quantity), and the sense of fullness I get from vegetables alone is different from the sense of fullness I get from adding in some protein.Sara Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
