Oh boy, was folling a food plan all day.. I realized I dont

want to go back to the control, binge cycle. So back on what

was working. Eating when I am hungry, what I want and when I want.

I dont know if this is too controlling. But sometimes what helps me

decide what is enough food. Is if I have a big portion of something

and I try to eat about 1/2 of it.... if I cant find my full point.

Hope that does not offend anyone..

Sounds pretty much on point, to me; Gwen Shamblin on the Weigh Down at Home

tapes (I know how controversial she is), when demonstrating how she runs her

plate, pretty much cuts certain portions in half, and Suzanne Fowler from Light

Weigh, suggests eating about the portion size of a coffee mug; So I'd say you're

thinking along the right lines until you get a feeling for what's just right for

you.

I'm reading " Thin Within " right now, and like what I'm starting to do so far--

Happy to be here,

Helene
