Guest guest Posted July 17, 2008 Report Share Posted July 17, 2008 Hi everyone, I will miss the regular chat tonight. I am going to a pot luck with my Mountain Echoes Dulcimer Group. I haven't seen most of these people since January, before I got pneumonia the first & second time! I am trying to do things this summer as I know in the fall & winter I will try to keep away from picking up any new bugs! I certainly don't need that in my condition. I am still slowly becoming stable as I decrease the Prednisone, but I am still using oxygen 24/7. I am sure I'll need to up my oxygen also next time I see the doc on August 1st. I see most of us " long timers " don't post very often anymore. I guess we are spending our energy doing what we still can do & fighting this terrible disease. At least that is the way it is with myself. So thank you again for everyone who is on the board still responding to others who need their help. I get so sad hearing about others trials & end of life issues. It isn't fair!!
