Guest guest
Just a quick question - I just got my Lugols in the mail and there are no directions anywhere. Does it need to be refrigerated once I open it?
Guest guest
I just received my first Lugols order 2 days ago and was wondering the same thing. I've been keeping it in the fridge just in case. I'm also kinda confused about the dosing instructions on their website for the 2% formula; I'll probably just call them. Just a quick question - I just got my Lugols in the mail and there are no directions anywhere. Does it need to be refrigerated once I open it? Guest guest
No it doesnt havent to be kept cold. Heat will make it evaporate faster. As for dosing you want to dilute it in clean water, or non citrus juice or put it in peanut butter. Just about anything they will eat you can mix it with. Its pretty easy to hide one drop. Or 2. Which is about all little kids will be getting at once anyway. And you can give half a drop if the child is small and you want to go slower. Just put half a drop in water, you drink half and give the other half :-) Iodine (especially greater than 2%) can be tough on some peoples skin and mouth/throat tissues if not diluted. Plus the more water you put the less it tastes bad! I never had a problem giving the iodine.Drinks it right up in water. GSE on the other hand was never fun and never easy. Guest guest
Healthy women of reproduction age that are not on hormones or birth control pill and do not live with a woman on birth control should ovulate with the full moon. Women that menstruate with the full moon likely suffer from parasites.
