HELP! poop test back not so good!

So my son got his poop test back and once again has low secretory IGA AND now has blood in his poop. He has been bloated for about 4 weeks, full of gas. Any suggesions? Also it shows up that he has low beneficial bacteria yet he is on a bunch of Kirkman probiotics. Any suggestions?
