Simple and hard. I have done this before, and you're right. I was amazed at

how little I ate before I felt satisfied. But I soooooo hate eating without

anything else going on. Feels so boring to me. Don't know why I hate it so

much. (Plus, it would mean that I'd have to keep all the junk mail off my

dining table! LOL). I know this is one I really need to work on though. I'm

no ready yet, but I'm sure I'll get there.
