Diet soft drinks use to raise my aunts blood sugar level. She couldn't drink

it.

Some people are sensitive to the fake sweeteners put in diet foods, such as

sodas. Some people get high blood sugars when using Splenda also, but this

is not true for most people.

What about the sparkling flavored water they got out now? it says no calories

and no carbs, so how is it sweetened?

how true , again, everyone is different, and react differently to all

sorts.

I for one, enjoy Splenda, I use it in coffee and in my baking;in teas, I drink

it with out any sweetner, just lemon and honey if needed.

Have someone read you the label Mark. I don't drink it, so I don't know

what is used. But there are many different kinds of zero calorie

sweeteners. However, if it says it is sweetened with sorbitol, manitol or

some other I t o l sweetener, it still has calories.
