Guest guest
Sher....It is what you get before Osteoprosis. So, I will be taking 1500mg Calcium, and 800IU Vit D. I've emailed Bonevia to see if they have a program of free medications like Fosamax does. I don't want to take Fos. Actually, I was taking it and it didn't seem to help did it???? I wonder if the Prednisonr did it? I wonder how they could tell if it did??? Well, onward and upward....to the next thing!! PS: Micky is doing great!!!! Thanks for asking. Guest guest
Joy, Roche Pharmaceuticals does have a program called the Boniva Patient Assistance Program. The phone # is . They'll send you an application once it's completed and you get it back to them, I'm told it takes 2-4 days to hear back from them and they'll ship the med within 3-5 business days once you're approved. I was on Boniva when I was on prednisone and I had insurance coverage. The day I took it I felt lousy with an upset stomach most of the day but it was only once a month so I managed. Hope the program can help you Beth Age 48 Fibrotic NSIP 06/06 Change everything. Love and Forgive Re: Told you so! Sher....It is what you get before Osteoprosis.
