Sigh. Snacking when bored

I really want to eat a couple granola bars right now (Fiber One Oats and

Chocolate ones are my favorite). I'm sitting on the couch, BORED and feeling

mentally blase from working on various assignments from my computer, thinking

thinking thinking.

I'm not hungry really at all, but boredom plus food is my go-to combination?

What would an Intuitive Eater do?
