Hi Abby,

It is amazing to find dishes in the $50 price range.

For me it's not because of needing to " deserve " new plates. I do plenty of

things for myself because I " deserve " it.

But,to me it's about appreciating our food and finding awe in it and making it

as beautiful as possible.

Another exercise nne on has one do is to purchase one piece of

fruit of your choice. And then sit and just look at the piece of fruit. Be in

awe of how amazing the fruit is, that people might have eaten the same fruit

thousands of years ago. And that a devine being created this fruit to nourish

our bodies.

I think her purpose in this exercise is to get us to really look at natural,

wholesome foods and find an appreciation for it. By doing so we then desire

more natural foods to nourish our bodies with and desire/crave processed foods

less.
