a few quick quesitons till my book comes

Ordered the intuitive eating book and will use that program specifically when it

arrives.

For now, I know I shouldn't restrict food, but should I:

1. Keep a journal food/mood noting my level of hunger and fullness?

2. Should I only eat when physiologically hungry?

3. Should I eat " real " food, before indulging in things like oreos and chocolate

cake?
