Lately I have been running into a snag. And I guess I'm just confused. So I have been trying my best to really listen to what mt body is telling me but lately I've been wanting nothing but awfully unhealthy food. Fried chicken, full size bagels etc etc..and I've put on almost 15 pds! So now I'm just stuck. I desperatly need to loose weight and am contemplating going back to counting calories because I have lost weight this way in the past. My husband also is in dire need of losing weight...and has no control over his eating. So I really want to help him loose and myself and I don't know how best to go about this! I really don't want to count again...but I need to loose and help my husband as well. Not sure what I'm trying to get at here. Just some advice maybe or suggestions?? Thanks!!
