Guest guest
Well I have completed 72 weeks and have one more visit to go in the drug trial. The week 72 visit is about the same as the initial round of tests with just about every test you can imagine. They had me do the spirometry part of the PFT two days in a row. After my next visit I'll go through a flush out period and then enter the open label study on the real stuff. I will not know if I was on the real medicine during the phase 3 trial until October when everyone has finished it. The good news is I am staying steady on all my PFT results see below. I'm still only on oxygen while on the treadmill. I just hope this drug works and can help those diagnosed early enough to delay the onset. I'm cautiously optimistic about the results at this point.
