Guest guest Posted August 13, 2010 Report Share Posted August 13, 2010 I am relatively new with IE and I'm trying to embrace the idea that I can eat what I really want and have no guilt about it. I'm struggling however with figuring out how diet sodas can work in this whole thing. I am an admitted diet soda addict and I believe this has to do with years of dieting and deprivation. I think I've used diet sodas as a crutch and a substitute for food in the past and it has now become a habit. What I guess I'm wondering is if it's possible to be successful with IE if I still reach for my Diet Cokes throughout the day. Has anyone else struggled with this?
