SATS, Rest, Long Days

One thing I don't recall seeing discussed but I'm finding. I find my

Sats are better early in the day after rest and sleep than they are late

after a long day. It says simply, I need to nap or go to bed sooner or

at least boost the oxygen late. Oh, and I make no apologies for

napping-haven't been doing it enough lately. It makes sense that as you

tire you just don't breathe as deeply. Have others found this same

pattern?
