Guest guest
I'm allowed to eat peanut butter now...Hallelujah! I've always loved it. I never binged on it but instead I just didn't have it around because it was too high cal or too high fat or some other dumb thing and frankly 2 Tablespoons just wasn't enough to spread on anything. I'm thrilled that all those rules are out the window now. I often have a good piece of heavily seeded toast with peanut butter for breakfast and it holds me until lunch. Peanut Butter is a beautiful thing. Sunny Re: Peanut butter I am so with you on the PB binges. When I was getting out of treatment, I would come home at nght andbinge on PB like it was the only thing in the world. I got to the pint of eating half of it and putting windex on the rest and throwing it away. Then the next day buying a new one. So a lot of money was spent on PB.I also got to the point of buying one at a convenience stoire and not buying spoons and sitting in the car and eating it with my fingers..gross..I know what else have I done? Oh I know.bring it home, label it with the date I open it and then check if it could last 3 days. Now that I am completely recovered, the PB jar has been at home since Jan 15th...not even half eaten...and I am pregnant! I love the taste but I know what to do when a binge thought attacks > > > > > > Hi Ruthie, > > > > > > I'm glad you found this site, and I hope it can help you find > > peace > > > with food.
