eat when craving??

Ok, I'm STILL waiting for my Intuitive Eating book to come. I don't know what

the hold up is, but until then, I'm reading the Rules of Normal Eating. I

haven't gotten very far, but I noticed they said to eat when hungry or when

craving something. And that when you are craving something, you should eat til

that craving is satisfied, whether you are hungry or not.

I take issue with that! Right now, I am not at that point. And I don't think I

want to ever do that. It just seems to be an " advanced move. " I definitely will

just hold that craving until the next time I am hungry!

Fingers crossed my Intuitive Eating book comes tomorrow! I want to join in on

the book discussion and kinda hard to do without a book!!

Hey , Sometimes the people who send the books will send them "media mail" because it costs less than any other shipping method. The problem is is that it is also the slowest shipping method. I had to find this out the hard way when ordering text books on amazon and then not getting them until halfway through my class.
