Ok today we are starting our antiviral treatment for our daughter. Here is the

plan I am going to start off with Difulcan at 40 mg once a day she is already

taking 1 cap of berberine to fight of yeast..she hasn't had any yeast behaviors

for about a month so I think we are in good shape.

After 10 days I am going to start the Valtrex at 1/2 the dosage and then on day

7 move to a full dosage.... and poof she will be recovered in 2 weeks lol..or

maybe 2 months..I can even deal with 2 years..wishful thinking. Really I know

that doesn't happen.

I am seeing that others are posting about high fevers did we ever get a answer

on that? I know a rash is normal but if she gets a fever do I stop it?

Any advise would be helpful..it's funny how I am so scared to start Valtrex(we

have had it for 3 weeks now) but when my daughter had H1N1 and the doctor told

me to give her Tamiflu for 2 weeks I didn't think twice...we learn so much over

the years!!!!
